Exit the 401 off Warden / Go North- Turn right on the first Bamburgh Circle entrance (After McNicoll)- Turn right on Fundy Bay Blvd.

WHAT'S THE THEME? (For Banners)

The THEME for PRE-CONFERENCE 2006 is MAJESTY. “Adorn yourself with eminence and dignity, and clothe yourself with honor and majesty.”– Job 40:10

*NOTE*: All Chapters must create a banner that contains the Theme Quotation (above) and the name of the Chapter. Banners must be ready and structured by 9:00 am on the day of Pre-Conference.

SO HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE COMING?
Well, our goal is to reach 500 altogether so Chapters, work hard and bring EVERYONE from your chapter, and we mean EVERYONE. Have everyone come to participate in the sports and creatives, or just for moral support!

DO WE NEED TO SIGN ANYTHING?
Yes, you do. Waivers must be filled in order to compete in a competition. Waivers will be distributed to all chapter heads within the next few days.

NOTE*:
You are only allowed to join one Sport and one Creative in order to allow more people to participate in the competitions. THIS APPLIES ONLY TO BASKETBALL, VOLLEYBALL, DANCE, and BAND. However, you can be part of two sports if the other sport is Dodgeball, or you can be part of two creatives if the other creative is OG Song, Mural, or Banner.

WHEN'S THE DEADLINE FOR THE ALL THE ROSTERS?
Sunday, March 26th, 2006 in the Morning.

SO HOW ARE THE WINNERS CHOSEN?
For Sports and Creatives, TWO WINNERS will be chosen to move on to CONFERENCE. One winner will come from CLUSTER 1 (Northwest Scarb, North York/Etobicoke, Downtown, Magyouth) and the other will come from CLUSTER 2 (Durham, South Scarb, Scarb East). However, the top two official winners of PRE-CONFERENCE can come from one cluster if this situation occurs. Nevertheless, still only the top team from one cluster moves on to Conference and the top team from the other cluster will also move on (even if they come 4th or 5th).

For example: Scarb East and Durham (both from Cluster 2) come 1st and 2nd in the Dance Competition and Downtown (from Cluster 1) comes 3rd. Although both Scarb East and Durham are technically the winners for Pre-Con, only Scarb East will move on to Conference. The other dance team will be from Downtown since they were the highest-placing team from Cluster 1.
